Hi everybody I'm new to CouchCMS, I've been testing it locally for a couple of days and I'm really liking it... I have a question though, is it possible to host CouchCMS on Heroku? Has somebody done that? If so, can you please give me some guidance to do so? I'm not very technical and I found somewhere in google that Heroku doesn't support MySql

It looks like Heroku prefers that you use Postgres on their platform, but you can jump through some hoops to use MySQL.

Maybe someone else on the forum has actually tried it. I haven't used Heroku, so I can't say for certain. But it seems like it's possible, but not a natural fit. Unless you have some strong motivation for using Heroku, an ordinary web hosting would be a safer bet.
