I have done new install of wamp 32 bit and so far it appears to be running well. But at the login screen I get a permanent loops with this in the address bar:

http://localhost/Aurelius/couch/login.p ... 2Fcouch%2F

If if replace with:

http://localhost/Aurelius/couch/index.php

I get the Couchcms front end and it all appears to work fine but each fresh login yields the same result.

This may help others - I am not sure.
