I found the COUCH CMS is really brilliant.
The only thing i am having trouble is, I am making a website for client and at the footer there is POWERED BY: COUCH CMS link coming which does not match with my website design.

So, can we remove the link POWERED BY: COUCH CMS from the footer and style the link and put it somewhere in the footer section of my website like Copyright @ 2015 | Powered by: Couch CMS

Yes, certainly.

This is mentioned right on our main downloads page (http://www.couchcms.com/products/) and I'll quote from it -

The automatically injected footer link is just a gentle reminder with regards to the attribution requirement and we have no wish of imposing it on you.

You are absolutely free to turn it off if you wish to manually code the backlink.
To do so, please edit the 'couch/config.php' file and set the following to '1'

define( 'K_REMOVE_FOOTER_LINK', 0 );
