If you mean like ticketing sysem, you can use this, need modif it to suit your need. If you mean like live chat on front end, i use this.

LHC is good. Very featureful indeed.

Make sure your webhosting is okay with you running a chat system on it, as often they have quite a bit of database access constantly running.

zendesk is also a nice one
