I am looking into building a bootstrap 3 admin theme for CouchCMS.

Are their any instructions at all on how to create themes for Admin area?

Hi Steven,

As of the current version of Couch (1.4.5 RC1), the admin-panel's markup remains more or less hard-coded (i.e. cannot be changed).

This is set to change soon with the lined up version but till then the only thing we can do to theme the admin-panel is to tweak the CSS and images.

As an example you can use @cheesypoof's responsive theme found here -

Or you can craft your own (admin panel like) use a databound like mine
