I! I'm need hide some pages from admin navigation bar because I have the same page two times, I'm using aka menu and I want to show the page only in "pages" o "paginas".

Please add hidden='1' to the <cms:template> tag in those templates.
That will hide them from admins (though not from 'super-admins' who'll see them only crossed-out).

If the templates get hidden for super-admin too, how will you manage them?

I am sorry but we cannot hide the templates completely.
The person eventually managing the site won't (or shouldn't) be using the super-admin account so this arrangement is fine for most purposes.
