Hello Materix

Couch, unlike most CMSes, is not theme based.
It retro-fits within any existing site that you have and not the other way round.

So, I am afraid, you won't find many pre-packaged sites.

Some that have been shared on our forum are -

I suggest, however, that you first take a look at our docs where we build a complete site from scratch - http://www.couchcms.com/docs/tutorials/portfolio-site/
That should give you a fair idea about Couch.

But I still need to see an advanced example utilizing the advanced concepts, e.g. shopping cart, on-page edit, etc.

I would happily pay for such a service. Perhaps an extended example should be included in a commercial license?
