I have a couple of questions regarding the commercial licence.

1. Will a single licence cover multiple domain names?
2. Say a site has multiple languages that require multiple installation of Couch, will it count as one website or multiple websites?

I'll try to answer your questions -

1. One commercial license covers only a single domain name.

2. For multi-lingual site, even if you go for multiple installations, I'm sure your domain name will not change (e.g. probably the names will be en.yoursite.com and fr.yoursite.com and not yourensite.com and yourfrsite.com) in which case only a single license will suffice.
