We can create 'Filtered Search' (as shown at viewtopic.php?f=8&t=7620).

However, as seen from the screenshot, the example site you mentioned is also incorporating 'distance' into the mix (e.g. within 2 miles of some zip code). This will complicate things.

While we do have a standalone example of doing this kind of search (Store locator - viewtopic.php?f=8&t=7504), in your case we'll need to use it in conjunction with the normal filtered search.

That'll will not be straightforward, I am afraid (i.e. will require custom development).

Fine. In that case, the filtered search sample should provide you a base to work upon.
