Do I have a way to get two simple text fields as a databound forms and don't use getflash? Everytime I try to have getflash (or maybe the databound form itself) inside a javascript page, it dosn't work. (already tested on some versions of jquery and bootstrap.)

Well, there is no reason why get_flash wouldn't work with JS etc. You really need to dig into the cause.

Anyway, you may use the form without get_flash (as, for example, is shown in the docs for Forms - http://www.couchcms.com/docs/concepts/forms.html)

I already solved it, It seems that some javascript can really break the way the databound forms works. I got it to work in other sites but not in the one I was working when I posted this topic. thank you.
