do I have to write the whole code or is there any other way /

Hello and welcome, Xolo

Couch does not have a reservation/appointment module.
While it is certainly possible to code up such a script using Couch tags alone, for a one-off project I don't think it'd be worth the serious amount of work it'll require.

I suggest you please use any dedicated PHP script built specifically for reservations.
