I like to work in couch it's really superb. Can anyone help me out am stuck with it.

I have a blog page with different category. On page load i need to show any one blog on top of the page.

At the bottom i need to show the category list. Onclick categorylist i need to chage the category content on bottom of page with related category... i have done this.

While clicking on listed items I need to view the blog on same page on top. blog may contain video image content etc... if it can be done pla help me.
