I'd like to, when i click in "save" to change the content, i message would appear in somewhere the admin page that the saving was successfull, there is some way to do that?

Yes, it would be nice. Even nicer if the original color would be red, and if the update was successful it changes to green. I see you are looking to do something regarding this in future updates, will wait for it
