If you recall, the cms:pages tag has a 'masterpage' parameter that is used to specify which template we are pulling data from.
This parameter makes is trivial to show data belonging to any template on absolutely any other template.
For one-page site, we can make use of this feature to deploy a separate template for each discrete section and then displaying data from all those templates on the single front-facing template.
Use of a separate template for each section (in your case, one for text and another for contact) will allow you to have separate data-entry forms in the admin-panel.
