hi! I have read through the Forum about all the Go Daddy issues. I couldn't find an answer to this question though .... I have deleted all the necessary .htaccess files, I have put the full path to the site in the config file and when I go to www.mysitename.com/couch I get a completely blank screen. Any suggestions?

A white screen suggests IonCube is not working properly or has not been installed.

Download the loader wizard, it should direct you through the install process:
http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php

Make sure to delete the wizard after you are done.
