Hello,

I am getting a server error when trying to navigate to mydomain/couch. Ioncube is installed and working fine on my godaddy server. Please help! I do not understand what I need to do. I did follow the instructions from a different forum post that said to delete the htaccess file. However, my version of couch does not have an htaccess file only a gen_htaccess.php file, which I deleted. This action did not do anything.

Hi Jeff,

Can you provide me with the FTP username/password please? I'll need to take a look at the problem firsthand.

Thanks.
Hi Jeff,

Thank you for entrusting me with the credentials.
I had a look and as it turns out, the .htaccess file present within the 'couch' folder was causing this error.
This has been reported and discussed before - 500 Internal Server Error on accessing Couch folder

I have made the changes and the admin panel is accessible now.
Do let us know if you require any further assistance.
Thanks
