I just started using couchcms, and am currently in the middle of implementing on on of our sites.

Very nice, but I'm still trying to wrap my brain around some of the concepts.

My site consists of a bunch of separate pages, where each of which have multiple editable zones.
However: Is there a way to have a specific editable paragraph appear on more than one page?

e.g. generic contact information, or office hours, which I'd hope to be able to put at the bottom of multiple pages which are otherwise entirely different from one another. Ideally, be able to edit one and have the same info changed onto the multiple other pages as well.
You should use a separate template for all such 'global' values (i.e. values shared between several templates) - please see the 'Global values' section from the following page of our tutorial for an example
https://docs.couchcms.com/tutorials/por ... -ends.html

Hope this helps.
Excellent -- thanks for pointing me in the right direction, that took care of it. Thanks for the quick response.

(I've looked at a whole bunch of CMS systems including Wordpress, Drupal and Joombla, but so far I like CouchCMS far better)
