I think I am going to have to admin defeat and require paid help to sort the site out, I thought I was winning last night but back at square one again today, the url https://www.techiemonkey.co.uk/home/ is showing the generic layout in the index.php file but should show the the https://www.techiemonkey.co.uk/index.php layout and added the contact page and set a point link to https://www.techiemonkey.co.uk/contact.php and the page title is not showing

Can anyone help do the work for me to sort this site out, I don't understand it and can't get my head around what I am doing wrong

I tried but couldn't understand the job in its fullest. Also offered $50 doesn't cut it for me. Someone else may try.
