Hi there. I am a new user to CouchCMS. I have a PHP file in which need to access values from other non-clonable template. Something like Globals.php I don't want to this file to be visible in the templates menu.

I tried using 'hidden' attribute for <cms:template /> tag but it just displays strike through to the template name.

Plz Help.
Thanks in advance
Hi Shubham,

Using the 'hidden' parameter is indeed the correct way of doing this.

The template is still visible to you (albeit with a strike-through) because you are logged-in as super-admin (i.e. the developer) in the admin-panel. Super-admins need to be able to see all the templates in order to manage them, so this should be understandable.

If you login as a plain 'admin' (please create one such account), you'll find that the template no longer shows up in the sidebar.

It is expected that you, as the developer, will create a separate (plain admin) account to hand over to the client, so this arrangement suffices.
Thanks KK. Got it. Thank You!
