when i click browse server only " loading files... & loading folders... " appear i waited for like 20 to 30 minutes still no response i tried logging out and logging in and many thing's and i think it is some technical fault please give me some solutions..

Looks like a problematic htaccess or missing uploads folder.
Check couch settings, folders, disable htaccess or PM creds to couch and ftp to me or @KK.
