Yes, I've already read and tried this, but I need more control about cols and rows, I've searched in _system template but I don't found the code that make the repeatable regions in admin panel...

As I remarked in the v2 docs, repeatable regions are undergoing a face-lift.
For now, there is not much we can do to tweak their appearance, I'm afraid.
