it's been a while since I visited Couch.

Has anybody sucessfully developped an ecommerce solution based on Couch with a back-end for orders, and such?

There is no such advanced addon yet, only CouchCart.
I never heard that anyone coded something for orders etc.
If you can, please, share your desired feature list, it's interesting!

I'm not sure what you need but, it isn't that much work to keep a store order in the database and do with that data whatever you want.
