Hello

Can anyone point me in the direction of a easy to understand Tutorial for moving a finished site (including content) from MAMP to a online Server.

I guess I'd have to export the database in phpMyAdmin (but which one and how?) create a new database and user on the server, upload all files, then import the data in the new database.

But I don't know how to exactly do all this and phpMyAdmin is very scary to me.
