I have an old (small, three php files) admin module. Is it possible to include it info couch admin (like a frame) or do I have to rewrite the code?

You can try using editable region of type 'message' to 'inject' your IFrame into the admin-panel (as an example please see viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2778).

Cannot comment on whether or how that would work with the existing code.
