HI,

I am trying to enable Pretty URLS on a client website. I have confirmed that mod_rewrite is enabled.

I set Pretty URLS to '1' in config.php

However, when I enter the URL for my gen_htaccess.php in my browser, I just get a blank screen.

Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hi

The blank screen suggests that you are not logged-in as super-admin into the admin panel while accessing gen_htaccess.

To ensure this please follow the following steps -
1. First access the admin-panel (e.g. http://www.yoursite.com/couch/) and enter your super-admin creds to get into it.
2. Now paste the http://www.yoursite.com/couch/gen_htaccess.php URL into the *same* window. You should see the output,
