I get this error

The localhost page isn’t working

localhost is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

Is it because i am using php7?

Yes, if php7 patch for couch is not applied. What Couch version do you use?

I have CouchCMS-1.4.7 and I installed the mysql patch and the ionloader for php7
@Scapishm, do you encounter this problem only while accessing a frontend PHP template that you have attached Couch into or do you see the same problem also while accessing the admin-panel?

If it is with the admin-panel, please try deleting the .htaccess file present within the 'couch' folder. If, however, the admin-panel can be accessed fine and the problem occurs only on some frontend template, then we'll need to examine the code on that template. Please feel free to attach the template here for us to do that.
I am following the tutorial with the Aurelius template... is the php7fix the same as mysql fix?

I am not really in a hurry if php7 will be fixed this month for couch v2 I prefer waiting.
